It's not that Paperfish does anything different from other skilled designers.
I stick to the classics, because they work.
Some things work because they are true and tested. We would be fools to try and reinvent the classics. That's why our process is what it is.
Nothing fancy, just good old legwork – but no reason that can't be fun and creative.
Let me take you through it step by step
Step #01
Workshop
First things first. Before I place even the first pixel, we hold a client meeting where we discuss what it is you need help with. This turbo-workshop has a couple of goals:
- I get to know you and your business and brand
- We talk about what you want from me and we set a goal on how to achieve it
- We talk deadlines, check ins, to-do's – and how you prefer them
Step #02
Focus
Next step is honing in on the task at hand. This step might vary a lot depending on what I'm helping you with, but essentially its moving on from our workshop, getting some work done and zeroing in on the set goals.
- I take everything from the workshop and turn in into a clear and concise plan
- We talk feedback and potential changes
- We narrow our focus on what matters most
Step #03
Creation
From here on, its full steam ahead. I develop upon the concept and get everything ready for handover. Depending on the project, we might have a few feedback check-ins.
- I ideate and reiterate design
- I create the final version of the product
- Feedback check-ins if we need them
Step #04
Handover
The final step is putting the finished product in your hands. Depending on your chosen package, additional support might be included.
